Requires a $100 deposit

This process includes skinning, boning, and wrapping.  The meat will be processed to your specifications: steaks, roasts, chili, and hamburger meat.  Backstraps and hams are excellent for steaks.  Hams also make excellent roasts.  All other is recommended to be used in chili/hamburger meat.  Depending on the weight of the deer, there are limitations on choices.

Whitetail - $100.00
Mule, Axis, Etc. - $120.00
Elk - $225.00

Further Processing
Requires a $100 deposit

This process includes skinning, boning, wrapping, plus preparing the meat to your specifications to include one or several of the items listed under number 2.  Once again, depending on the weight, there are limitations on choices.

2) The following selections are priced per pound. The percentages are noted as deer/pork. Any percentage change will change the price of your selection. All prices are based on raw weight.**

Roast - $5.00/each
Hamburger/Chili meat - $1.00/lb
Sausage (50/50) - $4.25/lb
Dried Sausage (60/40) - $5.00/lb
Pan Sausage (50/50) - $3.75/lb
Salami (66/33) - $4.00/lb
Jerky - $5.75/lb
Snack Stiks (66/33) - $6.00/lb

* To add jalapeno, habanero, or cheese, add an additional $0.25/lb. For both jalapeno and cheese, add $0.50.
